Wine Bottle Sizes

X

The size of your wine bottles is as important as the size of your collection or your desired purpose for your wine cellar. Wine bottles fit conventional, predetermined size categories measured by the amount of wine they can hold. Beyond that, a wine bottle can be different heights, thicknesses and styles.

The Conditioning System

X
One of the most important aspects to a properly conditioned wine cellar is the wine cellar cooling unit. An air conditioner is not enough and will not properly regulate the temperature or humidity in your wine cellar. Cooling is not enough, a wine cellar must be humidified properly as well to ensure proper and safe storage of your collection.

Active Conditioning: A room that can not maintain the proper temperature of 55° F and 60% RH must be actively conditioned, with a system that will regulate these settings to maintain this environment.
